“Set in the summer of 1957, with Enzo Ferrari’s auto empire in crisis, the ex-racer turned entrepreneur pushes himself and his drivers to the edge as they launch into the Mille Miglia, a treacherous 1,000-mile race across Italy.” Not a full on Biopic, but an important part of Enzo Ferrari’s life. Shailene Woodley feels miscast, but everyone else is great. Might be the best thing I’ve seen Penelope Cruz in. I read some complaints prior to seeing the movie, that the CGI was a little lacking. There are 2 crash scenes, one minor, one major. I can see the criticism but, the major crash is one of the most intense things I’ve ever seen on screen, and will never forget it.
