The story of the American scientist and his role in the development of the atomic bomb. Certainly in the conversation for Nolan’s best film, but it’s also possibly the biggest departure for what he’s been known for. Absolutely fascinating stuff, and I am still thinking about it. Only real complaint is that you definitely feel the 3 hours.
